    What do leaders crave and why do they crave it?

    In our experience, the most talented leaders in organizations crave advanced development experiences. We created the Advanced Leadership Programs specifically to meet that need.

    What do they crave?

    a meaningful leadership development experience with peer group.
    a program that helps them become a better leader, not an academic lecture to learn about leadership.
    an open environment, where participants learn as much from their learning group as the facilitator.

    Why do they crave it?

    These individuals have already proven that they have the ability to lead.  They are generally already being looked at for future, more advanced roles in the company.

    These leaders seek to improve on the leadership skills they already demonstrate and to develop a deeper level of leadership competency that will be required as they advance.

    What makes it advanced?

    The experience unfolds over a four month period, allowing for “soak” time and for applying new learning and skills, the combination of:
    • individual sessions with an Executive Coach
    • advanced leadership assessment
    • group sessions
    For example participants generally stay connected with their coach, and we continue to hear about their career success, attributable in part to the program, including many promotions.

    Executive leaders gain valuable coaching from peers and their executive coach as they explore deeper learning and continued personal growth in areas like executive presence, emotional intelligence and developing a culture of leadership.

    Key leaders will not learn about the importance of delegating in this program but rather learn and practice the skill of delegation while  receiving feedback from their coach and peers both in and out of group sessions.

    With feedback from hundreds of alumni of the Key, Senior and Executive Leader Programs, we are proud that this program has had a significant impact on the leadership journey of so many successful leaders.
