Tracy Herman was a nationally recognized leader and multi-campus senior level leader at a For-Profit Educational Institution prior to joining Excelerant as a coach and consultant. Throughout her career she was able to coach and develop managers and directors to create and lead high performing teams, recruit, and develop talent, and maintain a culture where people thrive and enjoy coming to work. Tracy also has a history of working with start-ups and turning around underperforming teams by focusing on coaching, mentoring, processes, and culture.

Tracy brings her passion and in-the-trenches experience to help companies across multiple industries as an external coach and consultant. She provides individual coaching or can take a more integrated and holistic approach. When taking an integrated approach, Tracy can coach the leader to overcome their specific challenges and achieve their goals, help to improve process to maximize employee productivity, manage change and create a culture of success. To complete the circle, Tracy also works with leaders to ensure they hire the talent that both has the skill set and is a cultural fit.
Coaching and recruiting can complement each other in many ways. A recruiter that is also a coach, can see potential, ask coach type questions that uncover important details as well as create an interview that is more conversational rather than robotic. Tracy works with companies to coach or develop recruitment teams, create processes or act as an in-house recruiter.
