Elise Bouchner, Managing Partner JD, PHR, CPF

Elise Bouchner co-founded Excelerant in 2003 and serves as Managing Partner. Under her leadership and together with her partners, Excelerant has developed a unique set of services and has been acknowledged for its own growth and development by Louisiana Economic Development (LED) and LSU (Top 100 Tiger-Owned Fastest Growing Business 2011).

Elise is formally trained as an attorney (JD) and provided legal advice to companies regarding their employment related matters for almost 10 years. As an attorney, she also provided training to her clients and professional associations on employment-related legal issues. Early in her career, she became certified as a Human Resource Professional (PHR) and sought to provide practical, proactive solutions to her clients’ legal challenges. These experiences shaped her understanding of the need for a new kind of company that could offer development of the people side of business and led to the co-founding of Excelerant.

Christina Burton Harper, Managing Partner CEG, PHR, CTP
Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Excelerant, Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Management Development Trainer, and Team & Group Facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience in the workforce development field; Christina uses a coach approach to facilitation in supporting clients and organizations to improve performance, strengthen operations and reach the next level of growth.  As a strategic facilitator, her consultative specialty is working with executive, leadership and project teams to establish and accomplish their goals with excellence.  Christina has worked side by side with leaders in the Energy, Manufacturing, Medical, Retail, Financial and Automotive industries.

Phyllis Arceneaux, Managing Partner NCC
Phyllis K. Arceneaux is a Managing Partner, Executive Certified Coach, Leadership Consultant and Facilitator and Trainer, Founding Member of Excelerant. Phyllis works with an international clientele and specializes in Facilitated Executive Group Coaching.  She works both as a coach for Executives and their teams and as a coach’s coach.  Her expertise in executive communication is unparalleled.
Corporate leaders, teachers, military officers, health care professionals, lawyers, accountants and engineers have all benefitted from Phyllis’ coaching. In addition to being an Executive Coach for over 20 years, Phyllis has 35 years as a successful entrepreneur in both business-to-business and consumer-focused industries.  This experience allows her to make powerful connections and generate instant rapport whether in the board room or in the field. 

Jennifer Adcock MS, SPHR

Jennifer Adcock, Partner at Excelerant. Jennifer's more than 10 years of strategic human resource and leadership development experience supports Excelerant's clients in the development of their organizational infrastructure and their people. With expertise in human resources, training and facilitation, Jennifer works together with her clients to create, deliver, and implement a plan of action to develop the company and its people to support the company's present and future goals, then works together with them to deliver and implement the plan.


Jill Meaux MS, CPLP

One of the creative resources behind our organization, Jill Meaux holds a masters in Organizational Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University and specializes in sales, management, and technical training. It is Jill who designs the programs we implement for our clients. Her nationally recognized credentials in designing, measuring, and evaluating learning along with improving human performance and facilitating organization change, are unparalleled. Plus, her background in industrial application of these principles, give her a real world perspective.
