"After participating in this Leadership Program, I
encouraged other leaders in our company to do
the same. As a result, the overall effectiveness of
our teams has improved significantly. We are able
to move ideas to action at greater speeds and
with much more clarity. The individual coaching
sessions were an added bonus that helped us
each to become better leaders and the benefits
have cascaded throughout our organization."

DEIDRE TOUPS, PRESIDENT
HB RENTALS

"How has the Moody Executive Leadership
Program helped me? I’m a better prepared
leader, I make better requests of those who
report to me, and I’m actually a more responsible
leader. Because I accept responsibility, I expect
it from others. I’m able to coach people to
embrace it as part of their job and as part of
themselves. That’s pretty powerful."
